BREAKING: Nashville Could Get a Trump Hotel

President Donald Trump has expressed interest in developing a luxury hotel in Nashville. According to a report from Nashville Business Journal (NBJ),Trump formed two Nashville business entities in September.

The entities suggest Trump’s first U.S. licensing deal since 2017.

“Two new business entities, DT Marks Nashville LLC and DT Marks Nashville Member Corp., were formed in Delaware on Sept. 22, according to State of Delaware records,” NBJ Reported. “Forbes first reported the existence of the entities, which share a similar name to at least 20 licensing ventures used by the Trump organizations for projects.”
