A second attack mail piece has landed in mailboxes in the seventh congressional district Republican primary for the congressional seat vacated by former congressman Mark Green. The Tennessee Republican Assembly (TRA) dropped a first mail piece against GOP State Representative Lee Reeves a few weeks ago. Reeves responded by saying that he had fired the management company that allowed illegal aliens to rent apartments in his Houston properties.
Now, TRA has delivered another hit to mailboxes in the 24 counties, focusing on the legal issues arising from those in the Houston apartments. This second attack mail piece directed at Reeves started arriving in mailboxes over the weekend.

Early voting began on Sept. 17. The primary election date is Oct. 7.
