Rep. Lee Reeves Drops His First TV Ad for 7th Congressional District Special Election

After at least six or seven district-wide direct mail pieces, Rep. Lee Reeves has turned to the Nashville TV broadcast airwaves with his first commercial in the special election for the seventh congressional district seat vacated a few months ago by Congressman Mark Green. The 30-second commercial features images of the US Capitol in Washington, DC, President Donald Trump, Reeves in the state legislature, and photos of several leaders who have endorsed him in his race. The spot is narrated, except for the final disclaimer voiced by Reeves himself.

Narrator: “It’s time to send a conservative fighter to Congress, who will stand with President Trump and put Tennessee first. His name? Lee Reeves.

Reeves took on the Left and won. Blocking driver’s licenses for illegals. And cracking down on human trafficking and fentanyl.

Now he’s ready to take that fight to Washington, and his very first bill will end birthright citizenship for illegals.

Lee Reeves. The America First Conservative who won’t back down.”

Reeves: “I’m Lee Reeves, and I approved this message.”

Early voting in the special election begins on September 17, with the Primary Election on October 7. The general election is on Dec. 2, the weekend after many counties have fall break for their schools. There are 11 candidates in the Republican primary and three significant candidates in the Democratic primary.

There are Williamson and Davidson County forums/debates scheduled next week for the GOP slate.
