Tennessee’s 10 Most Wanted Criminals and Suspects – July 2025

The state of Tennessee has listed the individuals below as the most wanted criminals and suspects. These individuals should be considered armed and dangerous and should only be approached with extreme caution.

LaJeffery Romane Sparks

Reward: Up To $2,500

LaJeffery Romane Sparks is wanted by the Chattanooga Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for First Degree Murder, Possession of a Firearm During a Felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon. LaJeffery Romane Sparks should be considered armed and dangerous.

Jonathan Marchon Ullrich

Reward: Up To $5,000

Reward: Up To $4,000

Mouthouta is wanted by the Smyrna Police Department and TBI in connection to the shooting of three people on June 23 at the Souksavahn Restaurant in Smyrna. He may go by the alias of ‘Soviet.’

Obed Cruz-Mena

Reward: Up To $5,000

Cruz-Mena is wanted by the Hendersonville Police Department and TBI to face a charge of First Degree Murder, in connection to an incident on May 4, 2010 in Hendersonville, Tennessee..

Jose G. Rocha

Reward: Up To $5,000

Rocha is wanted by the McMinnville Police Department and TBI for Criminal Homicide, in connection to a stabbing death on May 30, 2009.

Robert Houston Sanders

Reward: Up To $5,000

Sanders escaped from the Tennessee State Prison in 1990, where he was serving a sentence for Kidnapping and Armed Robbery. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
