Dolly Parton Launches Dolly Wines Bar in Nashville

Dolly Parton has officially opened her new Dolly Wines Bar, located on Level 2 North of the Assembly Food Hall at 5055 Broadway Place in downtown Nashville. The cozy bar features a sleek kiosk design set beneath a large photo of Dolly holding her wine. With blue accent lighting and branded wine displays, the bar reflects the Dolly Wines aesthetic, offering an immersive experience for both fans and wine enthusiasts.

The bar’s hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Happy hour specials are available Monday through Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. Guests can enjoy selections from Dolly’s wine line, which includes a California Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a rotating seasonal sangria—currently a Chardonnay blend with peach, raspberries, Asian pear, lemon, thyme, and Topo Chico.

Dolly Wines launched in June 2024 as a collaboration between Parton Family Cellars and Accolade Wines. It debuted with a California Chardonnay, followed by a rosé and Prosecco, which were first made available in international markets before expanding across the United States. In February 2025, the line added a Pinot Noir to celebrate the 52nd anniversary of Parton’s hit song “Jolene.” This new red wine, something Dolly had previously avoided because of the song’s notorious red-headed subject, comes in a butterfly-adorned bottle and is described as “silky and fresh.” It retails for around $14.99 at Kroger, Total Wine & More, Publix, and other major retailers.

“Wine is about joy and togetherness—whether shared over dinner, with friends, or during special moments,” Parton has said about the brand. “With the experts at Accolade Wines, Dolly Wines came to life.” The brand’s website describes the collection as “a gift from me to you,” aimed at “bringing joy and connection to every gathering.”

The Dolly Wines Bar adds to a growing portfolio of branded ventures for the music legend. Parton co-owns The Dollywood Company, which operates Dollywood theme park, Splash Country, and dinner attractions like Dolly Parton’s Stampede and Pirates Voyage. Her food and beverage line is also expanding; in January 2025, she extended her Dolly × Duncan Hines partnership to include new cake mixes, frostings, and a guitar-shaped breakfast syrup sold in grocery stores nationwide. Additionally, she has introduced Home Chef meal kits inspired by her cookbook, “Good Lookin’ Cookin’.”

Following the death of her husband in early 2025, Parton filed new trademarks signaling upcoming projects across entertainment, fashion, and wellness. These include a podcast titled “Dolly Mama,” a denim line called “Dolly Joleans,” and wellness products such as “Dollagen” and “Dollygen.” She has also filed for coffee-related ventures under names like “The Perking Lot” and “Cup of Ambition.”

The opening of Dolly Wines Bar in downtown Nashville symbolizes more than just a new venue; it reflects Parton’s ability to blend her brand, personality, and business acumen into meaningful, community-focused experiences. The new bar positions her alongside other celebrities who have invested in the Nashville nightlife scene, including recent launches by Post Malone, Jelly Roll, and Shania Twain.

August has proven to be a particularly triumphant month for Dolly Parton—not only with the wine bar opening but also because Dollywood was ranked the No. 1 theme park in the U.S. in Tripadvisor’s 2025 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Awards, surpassing Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, Disneyland, and Universal Studios. Dollywood is the only North American park to make Tripadvisor’s global top 15 list, coming in at No. 11. This marks the third time in four years that Dollywood has claimed the top spot, highlighting its consistently outstanding guest experience. Park President Eugene Naughton credited the honor to the dedication of Dollywood’s staff, stating that the rankings reflect “above-and-beyond reviews” from actual visitors over a 12-month period.

This convergence of accolades—from the opening of Dolly Wines Bar to the top rankings for Dollywood—underscores Dolly Parton’s unique vision of blending guest-focused entertainment, hospitality, and brand storytelling into ventures that are both joyful and deeply connected to her roots.
